ZUUMM revolutionizes travel planning by making it fast, simple, and personalized for every user. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Executive role based in Bangalore, India . The Visa Executive will handle the end-to-end visa application process, including compiling, verifying, and submitting documents for various visa types. The role includes liaising with clients and embassies, ensuring timely updates and communications, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and procedures. Attention to detail, managing tight deadlines, and providing excellent customer service are critical duties. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with tourist, business, and transit visa applications for various international destinations. Guide clients on visa requirements, documentation, eligibility criteria, and timelines. Review visa applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa facilitation centers, and third-party vendors. Track visa application status and provide timely updates to customers. Handle customer queries related to visa processes, fees, appointments, and approvals. Maintain accurate records of visa applications, payments, and documentation. Stay updated on changing visa rules, embassy guidelines, and travel advisories. Work closely with the holidays, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Ideal Profile Graduates with 2+ Years of Work Experience in Visa handling, with expertise in visa application processes, documentation review, and handling embassy procedures. .Proficiency in customer communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) and relationship management to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage detailed documentation with accuracy & attention to detail to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work methodically, address client queries, and resolve visa-related issues efficiently, with a customer-centric mindset. A very positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of global travel regulations and visa compliance requirements is highly beneficial.
