Job Summary:

Visa Officer / Visa Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify documents required for visa processing (tourist, business etc.)
• Fill out visa application forms accurately and submit to relevant embassies/consulates.
• Schedule appointments and attend visa interviews on behalf of clients, if required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and changes in embassy procedures.
• Track visa applications and provide regular updates to clients or management.
• Communicate with clients to clarify documentation requirements and offer guidance.
• Liaise with internal departments or external vendors for travel and immigration-related matters.
• Handle urgent and priority visa requests efficiently.
• Maintain a database of processed applications and embassy contacts.
• Ensure all services comply with immigration laws and client/company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Travel, Business, International Relations, or similar).
• 1–3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or travel consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience dealing with visas for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Schengen States, UAE, Australia, singapore etc.
• Previous work with a travel agency, embassy or immigration consultancy.
