Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Visa Counselor at our Ahmedabad location. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and clients through the visa application process, providing accurate information and advice on visa requirements, assisting with the preparation and submission of visa applications, and following up on visa statuses. The role also includes conducting consultations, maintaining detailed records, and staying updated on immigration policies and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of the visa application process and requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to provide clear and concise advice and guidance to clients Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Experience in client services and customer support Proficiency in documentation and administrative tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the immigration industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Show more Show less
