Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their visa needs and provide tailored advice on the most appropriate visa options. Application Assistance: Guide clients through the visa application process, including the preparation and submission of required documents. Documentation Review: Ensure all client documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with the relevant visa requirements. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest immigration policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients Communication: Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centers as necessary to track application statuses and resolve any issues. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support throughout their application journey. Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding their application progress and any additional requirements. Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and update management on the progress of cases and any notable developments. Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for potential clients to discuss the benefits and processes for studying or working abroad. Qualifications and Skills:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience: 1-3 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration consulting, or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
