Visa Counselor

As a Visa Counselor, you will utilize your sales experience to meet and counsel clients seeking immigration opportunities to various countries. Your role will involve having knowledge about the immigration process, including specific expertise in countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Schengen countries, etc., which will be considered a plus. You will be responsible for generating prospects through phone calls and converting them into enrolled clients. Additionally, you will generate walk-ins to the office and provide counseling on overseas opportunities and profile assessments. Meeting sales goals and targets, negotiation, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, and building relationships will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate records of client data and updating them in the CRM portal will be essential. Listening to customer requirements attentively and presenting suitable solutions to drive sales will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will be expected to nurture relationships with existing customers through in-person visits, telephone calls, and emails. Your role will also involve calling potential customers to arrange meetings for new business prospects. Additionally, you will handle a team and share best practices with colleagues. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial for this role. Regular follow-ups with clients to address queries and secure enrollments will be necessary. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products and services to generate appointments, and developing positive working relationships with clients are among the key responsibilities. The job offers a salary range of 2 to 5.5 LPA and is located in Noida Sec 62. The working hours are from 9:45 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, with incentives as additional perks.,
