. Responsibilities

•  Visa Processing:
•  Coordinate the end-to-end visa application process for clients, ensuring
• compliance with destination country rules and regulations.
•  Liaise with embassies, consulates, agents, and visa processing centers to
• expedite and facilitate visa approvals.
•  Maintain accurate records and track visa application statuses.
•  Ticketing & Reservations:
•  Utilize airline reservation systems to search, book, and issue domestic and
• international flight tickets.
•  Manage ticket changes, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
•  Coordinate with airlines for special service requests (SSR), fare rules, and flight
• schedules.
•  Client & Customer Support:
•  Understand client requirements, provide options, and offer travel advice.
•  Respond to client queries via calls, emails, or other communication channels.
•  Handle customer complaints related to ticketing or travel plans.
•  Documentation & Administration:
•  Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and visa applications.
•  Generate MIS reports for management as required.
•  Technical & Regulatory Knowledge:
•  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international travel trends, visa rules, and
• destination highlights.
•  Stay informed about airline ticketing procedures and GDS systems.
• B. Required Skills:
•  Strong communication and customer service skills.
•  Proficiency in airline reservation systems.
•  Attention to detail for accurate ticketing and record-keeping.
•  Problem-solving skills to handle issues efficiently.
•  Knowledge of visa processes and regulations.
•  Managing Files for the online/courses
