Role Overview: As a Visa Counselor, your main responsibility will be to provide professional assistance to prospects for their visa requirements. You will have to meet with prospects, gather necessary information for visa filing, and advise them over the phone and in-person. It is essential to have excellent communication and convincing skills to effectively guide prospects through the visa process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with prospects, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Graduation or Post Graduation in any field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Visa Counseling in a reputed organization - In-depth understanding of Visa requirements for countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, and Europe - Meeting prospects to gather required information for Visa filing - Advising prospects over the phone and in-person - Regular follow-ups with prospects to maintain relationships - Generating revenues and achieving sales targets - Possessing excellent communication and convincing skills - Being a quick learner - Proficient in basic computer knowledge - Demonstrating excellent customer service skills - Familiarity with handling different CRMs Qualifications Required: - Graduation or Post Graduation in any field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Visa Counseling in a reputed organization - Excellent communication and convincing skills - Proficiency in basic computer knowledge - Strong customer service skills - Familiarity with handling different CRMs,
