Condition Monitoring equipment, Torque Sensors, Strain Gauges
PLC based control systems / VPN connectivity
Design and selection of Junction Boxes, Local Instrument Enclosures, Local Push Button stations,
Control Panels based on IP ratings, power ratings, Instruments etc.
Complete understanding of electrical wiring of different instruments, selection of cables, Calculation of
Cable sizes, Selection of Terminal blocks, Cable Glands, Tagging, Ferruling, Lugging, and Labeling
Creating Wiring drawings, configuration diagrams, Filling up data sheets for all instruments, Creating IO
Lists, Electrical Load Lists, Cable Schedules, P&ID Diagrams, Factory Calibration certificates, Test
Certificates, Hook-up diagrams, Cable routing diagrams
Knowledge of DIN, IEC , ATEX, NEMA, UL44 standards pertaining to E&I
