As a Virtual Insurance Partner in the Bancassurance function based in Noida, your role involves sourcing sales opportunities through outbound calls by analyzing customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting outbound calls to potential customers - Identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products - Creating a need for insurance products among customers - Seeking references in the immediate family for potential business opportunities - Responding to customer queries promptly and accurately over the phone - Maintaining daily sales reports and sharing them with your respective Team Leader/Manager - Generating maximum sales for the company Qualifications and experience required for this role: - Graduation degree - Minimum of 1 year of work experience - Sales experience is mandatory Key competencies and skills required include being born to sell, having high energy levels, fluent communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity for multitasking. Proficiency in Malayalam is a special requirement, while knowledge of written and spoken Hindi and English is also essential.
