Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Perform CRM data entry, cleanup, and maintenance for global nonprofit clients
Assist with documentation, reports, email management, and database organization
Coordinate with US/global clients professionally through email and scheduled calls
Support various administrative tasks depending on client needs
Ensure confidentiality, quality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in CRM data entry
and CRM management workflows
Hands-on proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (100% fluency)
Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately
Proactive personality
with strong attention to detail and deadline focus
Experience interacting with and servicing
US / international clients
preferred

Work Environment

Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST)
– mandatory
Office-based role at
Lower Parel location

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant, CRM Specialist, Data Analyst, or Customer Success role
Familiarity working with nonprofits will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
