Job Description

Responsible for providing high-quality, priority IT support to Marico leadership, senior managers, and critical business users. Ensures smooth functioning of end-user devices, meeting rooms, and daily IT operations.

Provide white-glove, on-site support to VIP / CXO / HOD users.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobiles, MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN & Wi-Fi issues. Support Marico meeting rooms: AV setups, Teams/Zoom/WebEx calls, presentations. Handle system setup, installation, hardware replacement & basic network checks. Manage tickets through ITSM tool and ensure quick resolution. Coordinate with L2/L3 for escalations and follow-ups. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high user satisfaction.

Technical Skills:
Windows 10/11, basic macOS MS Office 365 / Teams / Outlook AD basics, printers, VPN, network basics Mobile device support (Android/iOS) AV/VC setups

Qualification:
Graduate (IT preferred) Certifications (ITIL, MCSA, A+) added advantage
