Roles and Responsibilities – Videographer On-Site Video Shoots Visit existing client locations for scheduled video shoots. Capture high-quality footage in accordance with the client’s brief and project requirements. Cinematic Video Capture Plan and execute creative, cinematic shots that align with the brand style and project goals. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and camera movement for visually appealing results. File Management and Delivery Organize and submit all raw footage to the post-production team/editors within the given deadlines. Maintain proper backup and storage of video files to prevent data loss. Equipment Handling Handle all camera and shooting equipment responsibly and ensure it is well-maintained and in good working condition. Report any technical issues or damages to the relevant team immediately. Collaboration and Communication Coordinate with clients, creative directors, and editors to ensure alignment on shoot requirements and expectations. Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively during all client interactions. Time and Quality Management Manage shoot schedules effectively to meet project timelines. Ensure all footage meets company quality standards.
