📹 Job Role: Videographer We are looking for a creative, disciplined, and highly motivated Videographer who can shoot, edit, and deliver professional-quality videos for our NGO activities, patient stories, treatment protocols, events, and social media campaigns. 🎥 Key Responsibilities 1. Video Shooting Shoot high-quality videos of: Patient success stories Natural Immunotherapy treatment sessions Hot Water Therapy & Oxygen Therapy protocols Field visits, wellness camps, seminars Interviews of MD Subhankar Sarkar NGO awareness events, public interactions Operate DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones (optional). 2. Video Editing Edit raw footage into polished videos for: YouTube documentaries Social media (Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) Educational medical videos Website content Case-study videos Add subtitles, background music, overlays, transitions, and animations. 3. Storytelling & Content Creation Create emotional and impactful stories out of raw footage. Work closely with the Content, SEO, and Media teams to plan meaningful video concepts. Build strong narratives showcasing transformation through Natural Immunotherapy. 4. Technical Skills Color grading, sound correction, lighting setup Using professional software: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve After Effects (added advantage) Knowledge of frame composition, exposure, focus, and cinematography. 5. Travel Must be ready to travel with the Director to: Patient locations Hospitals Events Field campaigns Wellness centers across India Travel expenses will be covered by Save Medha Foundation. 🎬 Required Skills Strong camera operation skills Proficiency in editing software Good command over storytelling and visual composition Understanding of social-media-friendly content formats Ability to work under tight deadlines Creativity + discipline + emotional sensitivity (very important in medical stories) 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Soft Skills Compassionate and respectful while dealing with patients Good communication skills Honest, punctual, responsible Ability to work in a team environment Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
