Videographer (Consultant Role)

Location: Delhi-based

Engagement: Consultant role for fixed days per month.

Role Description:

As one of the fastest-growing creative agencies, our mission is to craft videos that inspire, engage, and set new standards in digital storytelling. We’re on the lookout for a Videographer Consultant who thrives on creativity, speed, and precision. This is a consultant role and you will be responsible for video production, video editing and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and deliver high-impact video content across campaigns, social media, brand films, and beyond.
• Shoot product videos, reels video to event videos and campaign videos
• Partner with our creative team to transform scripts and ideas into stunning visuals.
• Lead the end-to-end production process-from pre-production planning to on-set direction to editing.
• Experiment with styles, formats, and storytelling techniques to keep our content fresh and future-forward.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining a bold, creative edge.
• Stay ahead of trends, tools, and technology to keep Life & Half at the forefront of video innovation.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, digital, and social-first video content.
• Ability to think like a strategist and shoot like an artist.
• A sharp eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling.Knowledge of current video trends, formats, and algorithms on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• A personality that balances fun energy with professional precision.
• Experience handling cameras, lighting, angles, composition and frames
• Must know colour grading and minor corrections
• Experience in AI software such as MidJourney, Veo, Higgesfield
• Edit video short and long forms for our social media pages.
• The knack for creating fun and creative content.
• Good with adapting to deadlines and changes in requirements
• Should be okay working extra hours when needed.
• Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, sound, and editing workflows.
