What Youll Do:

• Plan and shoot professional video content for a variety of formats
• Work closely with our creative team to execute visual storytelling
• Handle camera and lighting setups independently
• Capture high-quality audio and visuals on-site
• Travel to shoot locations within Pune and nearby areas
• Adapt to fast-paced content production schedules

What Were Looking For:

• Proficiency in operating DSLRs/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting equipment
• A strong eye for composition, movement, and storytelling
• Experience in both long-form (interviews, corporate shoots) and short-form content (reels, behind-the-scenes, ads)
• Willingness to travel as per shoot requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar)

Must Have:

• Your own camera gear (preferred)
• A creative portfolio or showreel
