JOB DESCRIPTION

The Videographer-cum-Editor is responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports the hospital’s branding, marketing, patient education, and internal communication initiatives. This includes end-to-end production — planning, shooting, editing, and delivering compelling videos aligned with the hospital’s brand image and strategic goals. The role also supports social media, digital campaigns, event coverage, and internal training videos.

Functional Responsibilities

· General

1) You shall report to the Manager-Branding / Management Consultant.

Functional Responsibilities

· Video Production & Shooting

1) Plan, shoot, and produce videos including doctor interviews, patient testimonials, health awareness content, hospital events, facility tours, and promotional campaigns.

2) Operate professional video cameras, lighting, audio, and stabilizing equipment.

3) Scout shooting locations within the hospital and coordinate with departments for shoot logistics.

· Video Editing & Post-Production

1) Edit raw footage into polished videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

2) Add voiceovers, background music, transitions, text overlays, branding elements, subtitles, and animations as needed.

3) Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, website, in-hospital screens, etc.).

· Creative Development

1) Collaborate with marketing, medical, and creative teams to conceptualize video content and storyboards.

2) Stay updated with video trends, storytelling techniques, and hospital branding strategies.

3) Contribute ideas for innovative visual content that enhances patient engagement and brand visibility.

· Branding & Consistency

1) Ensure all video content aligns with the hospital’s visual identity, tone, and messaging.

2) Use standardized branding elements (logos, fonts, colors) as per brand guidelines.

3) Support cross-platform consistency in video style and quality.

· File Management & Archiving

1) Organize, label, and back up raw and edited footage properly.

2) Maintain a structured video library for future reference and reuse.

· Support for Live & Event Coverage

1) Cover hospital events, CMEs, health talks, medical camps, press conferences, and internal activities.

2) Set up and manage live streaming when needed (e.g., webinars, public health announcements).

· Job Knowledge: Proficient enough in both the Technical & Functional levels for the given role. Conceptual skills and understanding of Business model are utmost important. Shall know the practices in Industry widely followed from time to time.

· To follow all the rules and regulations of the organization that are prevailing in practice from time to time.

· The Branding Dept. Videographer-cum-Editor’s role is vital in delivering & maintaining high-quality patient care.

· Take ownership of all the duties that you are responsible for at your workplace.

In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions any other assignment given by the immediate superior or the management will have to be carried out.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
