About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in shooting, editing, lighting, and storytelling. You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for marketing, training, social media, events, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, interviews, and events.
• Plan, storyboard, and execute creative video concepts.
• Set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment for indoor/outdoor shoots.
• Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add effects, transitions, background music, and color correction.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to produce engaging visuals.
• Manage raw footage, final edits, and maintain proper file storage/backup.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, product demos, and ad-style videos.
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with video trends, reels, short-form content, and creative styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless), lenses, lighting & audio equipment.
• Excellent video editing skills (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci).
• Understanding of color grading, transitions, SFX, and motion graphics.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of social media formats (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
• Photography knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,234.32 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Videographer: 2 years (Required)
• DSLR Handling : 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
