Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production:

  Handle the entire video production process: concept, shoot, edit, and color grade.

• Content Variety:

  Create diverse content including:
• Social Media Reels/Shorts (Instagram, YouTube) that trend.
• Student success stories and testimonials.
• Event coverage (Startup workshops, campus life, seminars).
• Promotional ads for our 5 diverse verticals.

• Visual Aesthetics:

  Maintain the premium, professional, yet youthful visual identity of the Beat brand across all schools.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with our Digital Marketing and Creative teams to brainstorm ideas that convert.

• Gear Management:

  maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience:

  1-3 years of experience in videography and editing (Agency or Ed-Tech experience is a plus).

• Software Mastery:

  Proficient in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,

  and

  Photoshop

  . (DaVinci Resolve is a bonus).

• Camera Proficiency:

  Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups.

• Social Media Savvy:

  You understand what makes a video "stop the scroll" on Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Motion Graphics:

  Basic knowledge of motion graphics/text animation to make videos pop.

• Storytelling:

  Ability to cut a story together, not just put clips in a timeline.
