Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of

cinematic storytelling, technical expertise in video production, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life. This role involves shooting, lighting,

and producing a wide variety of content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Shoot home-tour videos of completed homes and testimonial videos of customers for YouTube.

● Shoot short and long-format video content such as reels, podcasts, and industry-related videos in a studio setup with proper lighting.

● Capture official events held within the company.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts.

● Travel within the city for scheduled home-tour and testimonial shoots.

● Ensure high-quality video production with a cinematic and creative perspective.

● Manage and maintain video equipment, lighting setups, and studio space.

Requirements

● 2–3 years of proven experience in videography and lighting setup(portfolio required).

● Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, and lighting gear.

● Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro at a professional-intermediate level; After Effects, Photoshop, and

Illustrator at an intermediate-basic level).

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● A keen eye for detail and a creative, cinematic point of vie

● Flexibility to travel within the city for shoots.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in studio production (lighting, multi-camera setup, audio).

● Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.

● Basic understanding of color grading and motion graphics.
