Videographer and Photographer

Experience: 1–3 years (Agency experience preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Videographer with hands-on experience in an agency environment, capable of handling the complete video workflow, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. The role requires creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, websites, ads, events, and marketing campaigns
• Assist in concept development, shot planning, and basic storyboarding based on creative briefs
• Handle camera operations, lighting, and audio setups during shoots
• Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Add basic motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design where required
• Optimize videos for different platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and paid ads
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to deliver high-quality outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently

Requirements

• 1–3 years of videography experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end video creation process
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, and audio techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Good to Have

• Experience with short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Awareness of current video and social media trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
