Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with strong camera handling experience to support

the production of e-learning content. The role involves recording instructors on camera (often

on green screen) and editing training modules with effects, annotations, and learning-focused

visual elements.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production / Camera Handling

Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for instructor recordings.

Shoot green-screen / talking-head format content for e-learning modules.

Ensure proper framing, exposure, focus, lighting, and audio quality.

Organize and transfer footage for post-production efficiently.

Video Editing

Remove green screen backgrounds (Chroma Key) and replace with static or animated

sets.

infographics.

Sync audio, subtitles, and visual transitions for learning-focused delivery.

Integrate screen recordings / PPT slides / PDF elements inside the video.

Maintain brand consistency, chapter flow, and structured learning format.

Export multiple versions of final videos (LMS, website, YouTube, etc.).

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in camera handling for indoor studio shoots.

Excellent editing skills in:

o Adobe Premiere Pro (primary software)

o DaVinci Resolve

Knowledge of:

o Green-screen keying

o Colour correction & audio cleanup

o Subtitle formatting

o Basic graphics (Canva/Photoshop is a plus)

Bonus Skills (Not mandatory)

Motion graphics (After Effects)

Knowledge of LMS platforms ( Articulate, etc.)

Thumbnail/poster designs for course modules

Video storage & file management best practice
