Job Description

Edit and produce high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Podcast episodes.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the content aligns with our brand vision and goals.
Apply advanced video editing techniques including color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
Stay updated with the latest Instagram and YouTube algorithms to optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement.
Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
Create visually appealing thumbnails, titles, and other visual assets using design software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience
in video editing, specifically for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
Proficiency in editing software such as
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, especially for Instagram and YouTube.
Experience with video production techniques such as color grading, audio mixing, and adding special effects.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in working with YouTubers, content creators, or digital media agencies.
Familiarity with trends and viral content on Instagram and YouTube.
