Job Title: Assistant Video Producer Intern (Full-time / Internship)

Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and creative individuals to join our video production team. This role offers hands-on exposure to both camera operations (pre-production) and editing (post-production) in a dynamic content-driven environment.

Assistant Video Producer (Full-time):

Minimum 1 year of experience in video/photo production.

Video Producer Intern / Fresher:

Exciting internship opportunities for students/freshers to gain practical production experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production & Camera Handling (60%)

Assist in planning, setup, and execution of video shoots.

Handle camera operations, lighting setup, and framing.

Prepare sets, manage props, and coordinate with the creative team.

Support production logistics and maintain shoot equipment.

Post-Production (40%)

Edit raw footage into final deliverables using Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro.

Perform basic color correction, transitions, and sound sync.

Retouch images and assist with motion graphics.

Manage and organize video assets and backup files.

Coordination & File Management

Work closely with content, marketing, and creative teams.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Sc. in Visual Communication / Visual Media / Mass Communication / Media Studies

Basic understanding of camera handling and lighting techniques

Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and Photoshop (preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail
