About Us:

Nutri Jar is a fast-growing D2C brand offering premium, organic, millet-based baby food. Founded by a husband-wife duo, we are building a trusted community of parents through authentic content and high-quality products. Our content ecosystem includes Instagram reels (@nutrijar), YouTube channels for parents and children, and a personal influencer platform with over 500k followers.

Role Mission:

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Video Production:

• Shoot high-quality video content (Reels, YouTube videos) on-site with our founders and team.
• Edit engaging, fast-paced videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts optimized for maximum reach and conversion.
• Edit long-format YouTube videos (10-20 mins) with strong narrative pacing, graphics, and sound design.
• Manage the entire post-production process: color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and thumbnail design.

2. Content Strategy & Platform Optimization:

• Understand each platform's algorithm (Instagram, YouTube) and tailor content accordingly.
• Suggest creative concepts and formats that can increase engagement and virality.
• Collaborate with the founders to build a content calendar.

On-Camera Collaboration:

• Work directly with the founders as on-screen talent, providing direction to capture authentic and effective performances.
• Comfortably shoot and edit content featuring children and family-oriented scenarios.

Who You Are (Must-Have Attributes):

• Portfolio is King:

  You must show a portfolio of engaging Reels and YouTube videos you have shot and edited yourself.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. (Or equivalent professional software: Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

• Multi-Format Mastery:

  You thrive on creating both 30-second hook-driven Reels and long-format narrative YouTube videos.

• Producer Mindset:

  You are not just an editor; you are a creator who can own a project from the idea to the final upload.

• Cultural Fit:

  You are passionate about health, wellness, and parenting content. You understand the Tamil-speaking audience intimately.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with influencers or personal brands.
• Basic knowledge of shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting setups.
• Experience in the FMCG/F&B industry.
