About the Role

Were building an interactive kids YouTube channel, focused on teaching early learning concepts phonics, rhymes, alphabets, colors, and shapes etc through engaging visuals, storytelling, and music.

Key Responsibilities :

Video Production

• Handle the entire shoot process — camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio.
• Capture engaging and expressive visuals for kids’ learning videos.
• Work closely with the creative director (founder) to visualize and execute shot lists.
  

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit kids’ educational videos (rhymes, phonics, activity lessons) in a vibrant, rhythmic, and kid-friendly style.
  
• Sync visuals, lyrics, and audio for seamless storytelling.
  
• Manage color grading, transitions, and overall pacing suitable for toddler engagement.
  

Animation

• Create and integrate

  2D and 3D animations

  — alphabets, characters, objects, and scenes.
• Add motion graphics, lyric text, fun transitions, and interactive visual cues.
  
• Blend live-action shots with animation creatively.
  
• Handle any animation requirement that enhances storytelling (no “that’s not my role” mindset).
  

Learning & Growth

• Stay updated with

  new trends and techniques

  relevant to kids’ content creation.
• Be open to learning and scaling up skills as the channel evolves (e.g. new animation tools, AI-based features, or video trends).
  
• Take initiative in experimenting with new creative ideas that align with the brand’s growth.
  

Collaboration & Organization

• Brainstorm visual ideas before each shoot.
  
• Organize media files, maintain backup structure, and deliver within timelines.
  
• Be proactive in suggesting creative approaches to improve content quality.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Blender or equivalent 3D software

• Strong knowledge of

  camera operation

• Prior experience in

  kids’ content

  educational storytelling

  preferred.
• Understanding of
