About the Role

We are looking for a VKYC Executive (Video KYC Executive / Customer Service Executive) to join our team in Thane. The role involves interacting with customers through video-based KYC processes, handling queries efficiently, and ensuring compliance with customer service standards in the fintech and banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming video KYC calls and verify customer information accurately.
• Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while conducting KYC processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve concerns when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, video KYC, telebanking, telesales, or fintech customer service.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse audience.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
