Job Description

Diagnose and repair arcade, redemption, and simulator game faults (electrical, electronic, and mechanical).
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients and service teams.
Install new games and ensure proper calibration and configuration.
Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical support and spare parts.
Maintain records of repairs, parts replaced, and customer interactions.
Support game software updates and network-related troubleshooting.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of electronics, wiring, and game control systems.
Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and multimeters.
Knowledge of PC-based and embedded game systems.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for site support and installations.
