Job Description

As a talented and creative Video Editor, you are passionate about storytelling through video and possess a strong eye for detail. Your role will involve editing raw footage into polished, high-quality video content for various digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and websites. You will collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand project goals, add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling, and ensure that all edits align with brand identity and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Edit raw footage into polished video content for digital platforms - Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand project goals - Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling - Ensure all edits align with brand identity and meet technical requirements - Organize and manage media assets and project files - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices - Work on different video formats like reels, shorts, promotional videos, training videos, and interviews - Optimize videos for engagement and performance on social media platforms Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc. - Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus - Good understanding of social media video formats and audience behavior - Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple projects, possess a strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and narrative skills - Demonstrate creativity and attention to detail The compensation for this full-time, permanent role will be based on experience and skillset, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule involves day and morning shifts, with additional performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.,
