What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• 1+ year of proven experience in video editing (portfolio mandatory)
• Proficiency in

  Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut

  (Final Cut or DaVinci is a plus)
• Strong understanding of

  visual storytelling, transitions, and rhythm

• Able to work independently, take feedback, and meet deadlines
• Awareness of social media trends and platform content styles
• Reliable communication and timely response for revisions

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Edit

  reels, YouTube shorts, and long-form videos

  as per client briefs
• Add

  text overlays, transitions, BGM, SFX, subtitles

  , and smooth cuts
• Deliver clean, engaging edits

  on deadline

• Adapt edits for different platforms (IG, YouTube, FB, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams for feedback and revisions
• Maintain consistency with brand tone, pacing, and visual guidelines
• Organize and manage project files with proper structure and naming
