Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute social media strategies to grow brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts (reels, stories, shorts, carousels, etc.).
  • Work closely with the creative/editing team to ensure consistency in tone & branding.
  • Monitor analytics & insights to optimize performance.
  • Manage community engagement – respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships with followers.
  • Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Executive.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook growth strategies.
  • Creative mindset with ability to write engaging captions & ideas for reels.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and InShot.
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
  • Self-motivated & disciplined to work from home.
