Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Social Media Specialist) Location: Salem Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (Minimum) Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our content team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in editing engaging video content and designing compelling visuals tailored for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. You should understand the unique requirements of each platform and be passionate about storytelling through visuals. Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality short and long-form videos for YouTube , Facebook , and Instagram Reels/Stories/Posts . Design eye-catching thumbnails , banners , carousels , and motion graphics . Apply sound effects, music, transitions, text animations, and color grading. Optimize video formats and lengths for each platform. Work closely with the content and marketing team to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated with current trends, reels styles, and editing techniques in social media. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently. Requirements: Proven experience (portfolio required) in video editing and graphic designing . Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro , or equivalent. Knowledge of social media video trends , aspect ratios, and algorithms. Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling. Basic knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly. Understanding of branding and visual consistency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating content for influencers , brands , or content creators . Familiarity with motion graphics , YouTube SEO , and social media marketing . Knowledge of Canva , CapCut , or mobile editing tools is a plus. Bonus: Experience with animation tools (e.g., Blender, Adobe Animate).
