Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor who can produce engaging, dynamic, and high-impact content tailored for YouTube and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate should have a strong storytelling sense, excellent technical skills, and a portfolio of short-form and long-form video content that drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce short-form and long-form content for YouTube and Instagram Reels.
Develop and execute creative edit styles, including motion graphics, typography, transitions, and effects.
Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and viral content ideas to apply them innovatively.
Collaborate with the content and creative team to ensure brand-aligned visual storytelling.
Create eye-catching thumbnails that maximize video click-through rates.
Track and analyze video performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Brainstorm and contribute to production & post-production ideas to ensure industry-standard output.
Requirements & Skills
2+ years of proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and long-form video content.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
Strong grasp of motion graphics, typography, and visual aesthetics.
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling ability and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement tactics.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
