About the Role

What You’ll Do

Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to elevate storytelling
Work with raw footage to create clear, emotionally resonant edits
Edit content for educational programs, ads, interviews, and reels
Collaborate with content creators and marketers for timely delivery
Maintain brand style, pace, and tone across edits
Stay up to date with video trends, formats, and editing techniques

🧩

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience editing videos (portfolio or reel required)
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is a big plus
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, sound, and visual rhythm
Ability to take feedback and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and good design instincts
Team player with a can-do, creative mindset
