Video Editor & Social Media Manager (Finance)

We are looking for a Video Editor & Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end content for our finance-focused digital channels.

This role requires someone who can edit videos, manage social media platforms, and help grow a strong finance community. You’ll be working on both short-form and long-form content, maintaining our design language, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across platforms.

A basic understanding of finance is important so you can understand the context of the content and edit it effectively.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn)
• Edit long-form YouTube videos
• Add captions, charts, graphics, transitions, and effects
• Ensure content aligns with our brand & design language

Social Media Management

• Post and manage content on YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn
• Create captions, titles, descriptions & hashtags
• Design post creatives and thumbnails
• Engage with the audience via comments & messages

Growth & Performance

• Monitor content performance and analytics
• Suggest improvements for reach, engagement & retention
• Support basic performance marketing / content promotion
• Stay updated with platform trends & algorithms

Must-Have

• Experience as a Video Editor (short + long format)
• Familiarity with social media platforms & content formats
• Working knowledge of tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut
• Interest or background in finance, markets, or investing
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Good to Have

• Experience managing finance or educational content
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO & thumbnails
• Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop / After Effects)
• Performance marketing exposure
