• Edit short-form video for LinkedIn and Instagram reels/shorts
• Design carousels and static posts with strong typography and pacing
• Repurpose long content into bite-size clips, quotes, and hooks
• Maintain brand consistency across templates, colors, and motion
• Track performance and iterate using analytics
• Manage a simple content calendar and deliver on time
• Collaborate directly with the founder and marketing to shape narratives

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on editing and social design experience
• Portfolio that shows clean edits, smart pacing, and strong type choices
• Platform fluency on LinkedIn and Instagram; YouTube and X are a plus
• Comfort with tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut, After Effects or CapCut, and Figma, Canva or Photoshop
• A practical, organized approach with attention to detail

• Understanding of legal or compliance topics
• Basic motion graphics and sound design
• Comfort writing short captions and hooks
