Job Description

Video Editor – Performance Ads

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Near Station)

Timings: Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹4 LPA (in hand)

What You’ll Do:

Edit
fast-paced UGC-style ads
tailored for Meta and YouTube.
Create
direct response video ads
with strong hooks and storytelling.
Source and curate relevant
hooks and clips
to maximize performance.
Work closely with the creative and media buying teams to iterate ads quickly.
Deliver content that converts — with a strong focus on
performance + creativity
.

Requirements:

Proficiency in
CapCut Desktop
(must-have).
Familiarity with
direct response editing styles
(UGC ads, short-form content).
Strong understanding of
hooks, pacing, and clip sourcing
.
A creative mindset with attention to detail.
Having your
own laptop
is preferred.
