• Plan, launch, and optimize

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

  with a focus on driving scalable ROI.
• Work on

  manual bidding strategies

  to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze campaign performance daily, diagnose issues, and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with video editors and guide the

  creative direction

  (hooks, angles, messaging, formats) based on data-driven insights.
• Work closely with the founders and marketing team to design

  testing frameworks

  for audiences, creatives, and offers.
• Stay updated with platform changes, competitive landscape, and best practices.

• 2+ years of experience

  running Facebook/Meta ads in the

  D2C/e-commerce space

  (either brand-side or agency-side).
• Proven track record of managing

  high-budget campaigns (?30L+ monthly spend)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  manual bidding, campaign structuring, and scaling strategies.

• Solid creative sense ability to guide video editors/designers to produce performance-first content.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
• Hunger to scale campaigns, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
