Responsibilities

• Edit engaging YouTube videos:

  trailers, reviews, explainers, promos

  .
• Record and add

  professional voiceovers

  in Hindi/English.
• Design

  eye-catching thumbnails

  to improve CTR.
• Implement YouTube best practices for retention & growth.
• Work on

  multiple projects

  simultaneously with deadlines.
• Collaborate with content & marketing teams for strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  YouTube Video Editor

  .
• Strong command over

  voiceover narration

  (clear tone, good mic setup).
• Expertise in

  video editing tools

  (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.).
• Skills in

  thumbnail design

  (Photoshop/Canva).
• Understanding of

  YouTube algorithms, SEO, tags, retention strategies

  .
• Creative mindset with ability to tell compelling stories.
• Ability to handle

  end-to-end video production

  independently.
