Role Overview

skilled and creative Video & Podcast Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit

  reels, shorts, and other short-form content

  optimized for social media.
• Edit

  long-form podcasts and video podcasts

  with clean transitions, audio syncing, and brand consistency.
• Perform

  greenscreen keying and compositing

  for clean, professional visuals.
• Incorporate motion graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and branding elements where required.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual style across projects.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports.
• Stay updated with editing trends, especially in the reels/podcast/content creation space.

Requirements

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
• Experience with

  greenscreen work

  (chroma keying, clean background replacement).
• Strong storytelling sense with the ability to cut engaging short-form content.
• Knowledge of audio syncing, mixing, and basic color correction.

• Strong communication skills

  and ability to take feedback constructively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• 0–2 years of relevant editing experience (agency, studio, or freelance).
