Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and creative Video & Podcast Editor to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro , experience with greenscreen compositing , and the ability to edit both short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form podcasts . Strong communication skills and teamwork are a must, as this is a collaborative role within a fast-growing creative space. Key Responsibilities Edit reels, shorts, and other short-form content optimized for social media. Edit long-form podcasts and video podcasts with clean transitions, audio syncing, and brand consistency. Perform greenscreen keying and compositing for clean, professional visuals. Incorporate motion graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and branding elements where required. Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual style across projects. Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports. Stay updated with editing trends, especially in the reels/podcast/content creation space. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects knowledge is a plus). Experience with greenscreen work (chroma keying, clean background replacement). Strong storytelling sense with the ability to cut engaging short-form content. Knowledge of audio syncing, mixing, and basic color correction. Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. 02 years of relevant editing experience (agency, studio, or freelance). What We Offer Creative, collaborative studio environment.
