Matri, a Shark Tank India–featured female wellness brand, is building its core team in Delhi. We are looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor who can bring stories to life through engaging content for social media and podcasts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality social media reels, podcasts, and promotional videos tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Operate cameras during shoots (reels, podcasts, and brand shoots).
• Understand and apply basic lighting techniques to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to deliver engaging visual storytelling aligned with Matri’s brand identity.
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement fresh editing styles to maximize reach and engagement.
• Organize and manage video assets, ensuring timely delivery of content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in editing reels, podcasts, or short-form content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Basic knowledge of camera operations and lighting setups.
• Strong sense of pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
