Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in short-form content, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikToks. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, keeps up with social media trends, and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-performing video content. Key Responsibilities:Edit and assemble short-form videos (primarily Reels) from raw footage Add engaging transitions, sound effects, music, text overlays, and motion graphics Collaborate with content creators, marketing, or social media teams to execute creative vision Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and platform guidelines Manage and organize video assets and project files Ensure fast turnaround times without compromising quality Requirements:Proven experience creating Reels or similar short-form video content Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback quickly Portfolio or reel showcasing past short-form video work (required) Nice to Have:Basic graphic design or motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects) Understanding of SEO and social video analytics Experience working with influencers or social brands
