As a creative designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums including print, web, social media, and marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, email templates, banners, and websites. You will be developing creative concepts and design layouts for projects based on the clients" needs, brand guidelines, and objectives. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that the designs align with the company's branding and business goals. It is important to maintain consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across all design projects to reinforce the brand identity. In addition to creating designs, you will also be responsible for editing and enhancing images, photos, and illustrations for use in various design projects. Staying up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies is essential to ensure that your designs are innovative and impactful. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously is a crucial aspect of this role, requiring you to ensure timely delivery and meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for preparing design files for print, digital use, and social media platforms, including ensuring proper file formats, resolution, and color profiles. Furthermore, you may be required to assist in creating presentations, reports, and internal communications materials as needed. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
