The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and editing engaging social media ad creatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and edit high-quality social media ads, reels, and promotional videos. Create eye-catching static and motion graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and develop creative assets accordingly. Edit raw footage into polished videos with music, text, animations, and effects. Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and are optimized for various ad formats. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and social media content. Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Video Editor / Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar. Strong understanding of social media ad formats (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
