Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our media team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing LMS course videos, educational content , and social media creatives/reels that engage and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Video Editing

• Edit and structure course videos, lectures, and tutorials for our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Add titles, animations, captions, and transitions for a professional and educational look.
• Ensure audio clarity, synchronization, and visual consistency across all course materials.
• Collaborate with trainers and instructors to maintain content accuracy.

Social Media & Marketing Creatives

• Create short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Edit testimonial videos, event highlights, and marketing visuals aligned with IFDA’s brand style.
• Repurpose course clips for online marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual ideas.

Creative Direction

• Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and social media aesthetics.
• Brainstorm and contribute fresh content ideas to enhance student engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing (education or training industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva) is a plus.
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Editing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional video editing experience.
