We are looking for a creative and fast-learning Video Editor who can collaborate with our Digital Marketing Specialist to produce reels, ads, and promotional content tailored for social media and digital campaigns.This role is hands-on and requires adaptability, with the opportunity to grow into creative direction as the team expands.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Social Media Content).Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align video output with campaign strategy.Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.Stay updated with trending formats, viral content styles, and editing techniques.🔹 Skills Required1–3 years of video editing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house brand projects).Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.Creativity and ability to deliver quick-turnaround campaigns.Understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, and digital storytelling.Motion graphics skills are a plus; willingness to learn and apply within probation period is mandatory.🔹 PackageProbation (3 months, performance-based): ₹20,000/monthFull-time (post-confirmation, after 3 months): ₹35,000–₹40,000/month(based on performance & client campaign results)🔹 Why Join Us?Direct involvement in real startup campaigns across travel, edtech, and services industries.Opportunity to grow beyond editing into creative direction.Be part of VGK Academy’s scaling digital marketing team with long-term career growth.
