About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Video Editor & Content Producer who can handle shooting + editing + post-production end-to-end.
You will work directly with our Founder (Delhi) for weekly shoots and collaborate with the Content Lead (Bangalore) to execute a consistent content calendar for Instagram and YouTube.

This role needs someone reliable, detail-oriented, and independent with strong creative judgement and hands-on camera & editing experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Shooting (Delhi)

• Weekly shoots with the Founder (talking-head & lifestyle footage)
• Handle camera, lighting, framing & audio setup
• Capture BTS + lifestyle shots for personal branding
• Maintain a consistent shooting style

2. Editing & Post-Production

• Edit short-form videos (reels/shorts) with clean subtitles & strong pacing
• Edit YouTube-style talking-head videos
• Create reels, carousels & branded content
• Maintain organised raw + edited folders in shared drives

3. Content Execution & Brand Consistency

• Follow weekly content calendar
• Ensure consistent fonts, colors, subtitles & style
• Implement feedback from Content Lead
• Deliver final-ready content with minimal revisions

4. Communication & Workflow

• Coordinate shoot timings with Founder
• Share daily progress & weekly status reports
• Follow structured workflow & file-naming standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in shooting + editing short and long-form content
• Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / FCP / DaVinci Resolve
• Strong camera handling + lighting knowledge
• Ability to edit engaging vertical videos for Instagram & YouTube
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and hook sense
• Reliable, organised, and deadline-driven
• Portfolio of reels, talking-head videos & branded content is mandatory

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with founders/influencers/brands
• Motion graphics skills (After Effects)
• Certifications in video editing or visual communication

What You Will Deliver Weekly

• 3–4 high-quality reels
• 3 growth reels + 2 authority carousels
• 1 Founder video + 1 weekly dump carousel
• Organised raw & edited folders
• Weekly shoot footage + status tracker

Work Location

Delhi (Mandatory, Onsite) – frequent shoots required with Founder.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
