Video Editor & Content Creator

Fugen Webtech is looking for a creative and talented Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team. In this dual role, you'll be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality video content from concept to completion for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a skilled editor with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for what resonates with an audience.

Responsibilities

· Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm, plan, and create compelling video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

· Video Production: Handle all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, and sound recording, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.

· Video Editing & Post-Production: Expertly edit and assemble raw footage into polished, cohesive final videos. This includes adding motion graphics, titles, transitions, and music/sound effects.

· Platform Optimization: Adapt and optimize video content for different platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and our website, ensuring videos meet specific requirements for length, aspect ratio, and formatting.

· Stay Current: Keep up with the latest video and social media trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.

· Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.

· Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video files, raw footage, and other digital assets for easy access and future use.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Video Editor and Content Creator with a strong portfolio or demo reel.

· Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) for motion graphics, visual effects, and graphic design.

· Strong understanding of video production principles, including shooting, lighting, and audio.

· Excellent storytelling abilities and a creative eye for detail.

· Knowledge of current social media platforms and their unique video content requirements and best practices.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

· Experience with color correction and sound design.

· Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.

· Experience with live streaming software.

· A bachelor's degree in film, media, communications, or a related field.
