Job Description

Kheoni Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator who can bring stories to life through compelling visuals. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in video shooting and production to capture high-quality footage. If you are passionate about creating engaging content and have an eye for detail, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional footage.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and storyboard video projects.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw video footage into polished final products, including cutting, color grading, sound mixing, and adding special effects.
• Create engaging transitions, motion graphics, and animations to enhance video quality.
• Ensure all edits align with the company’s branding and style guidelines

Content Creation:

• Develop creative content ideas tailored to the target audience and platform requirements.
• Repurpose video content into short clips, reels, or teasers for social media.
• Write engaging captions and descriptions for video posts.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align video content with brand messaging.
• Manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and manage video production equipment to ensure it is always in optimal working condition.
• Recommend new tools or equipment to improve production quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Studies, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Creator, and Videographer.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Creativity and a strong visual storytelling ability.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their video content requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in creating animated videos or 2D/3D motion graphics.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or AfterEffects
