Bright Communications is on the lookout for a talented and creative Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand films.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals.
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and creative direction.
• Work with raw footage to create smooth, engaging final edits using music, graphics, and effects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest editing trends, tools, and techniques to enhance production quality.
• Organize and maintain video files, ensuring efficient workflow and backup systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing software.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and account teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering visually striking and emotionally engaging content.
